First time in the March 1978 , Pakistani 200 , Hindu Pilgrims visited Shadani Darbar , raipur to attend the death anniversary of Sant Raja Ram Sahib. This Yatra continued every year for 15 days upto 1984 , On 1st Feb 1983 , in connection with Shadani Darbar Tirath Yatra ( journey ) one agreement was signed between india and pakistan govt. through late Smt. Indira Gandhi-Prime minster of india , Shri Narsimha Rao Foreign Minister of India and Mr. Agha shahi Foreign Minister of Pakistan.

In march 1985 indian govt. extended the visa period for Pakistani Hindu Pilgrims , to Shadani Darbar Raipur from 15 days to one month and they were allowed to visit other hindu shrines viz. Amravati , Ujjain , Allahbad , Varansi , Ayodhya ( birth place of Shri Ram Bagwan) , Mathura ( birth place of Lord Kirshna ) , Brindawan , Gokul , Delhi and Haridwar for the bath of Holi Ganga . Govt. of india also extended number of pilgrims from 200 to 500 .

In the same way in october 1979 at the time of Birthday Celebration of Saint Shada Ram saheb Govt. of pakistan allowed 200 indian Hindu to visit Hayat Pitafi for a period of one week . This continued every year upto 1983.

In october 1984 Pakistan Govt. was pleased to extend 7 days visa upto 12 days and agreed to allow Indian Pilgrims to visit Shadani Darbar , Hayat pitafi , Khanpur Mahar ( birth place of 5th Sant Mata Hassi Devi ) , Shadani Darbar Mathelo , Jog Mata Mandir-Adalpur , Historical and holy places" Sadhu Bela tirath " Sukkur ,Mirpur Mathelo , Ghotki and Dhahrki .

Mathelo is the holy land of four Vedas that were written at the bank of river Sarswati .

At the same time it is well known for mediation place of Saint Shadaram Ji Maharaj . It is also birth place of Sant Takhat Lal Sahib . On 16th october , 1984 Saint Gobind Ram Sahib laid the foundation stone of Vaid Mandir and Shadani darbar at Mathelo . He ordered for excavation , on the place where at Saint Shada Ram Sahib used to offer prayers and mediation . There was no limit of Surprise of the people when they observed coming out the Holy Shankh . Old Earth Pot, dhooni from that excavation thousands of people , uttered loudly " Jai Shada Ram , Jai Shada Ram They Surprised to witness the Miracle of Saint Gobind Ram Sahib.
